Johnson Matthey Challenge
Johnson Matthey had engaged a Systems Integrator to assist with a large ERP implementation. However, the internal business team were not familiar with the technology and lacked the experience of running a large transformation programme.
Resulting provided a team of expert SAP consultants to work in 'top of org chart' roles alongside the business team. The Resulting team focused on underpinning business knowledge of SAP and helping get the most out of the Systems Integrator relationship.
