CHALLENGES
Due to the downturn in the Oil sector, KCAD had been operating their IT under strict financial constraints. With increasing pressure on IT to deliver, Resulting were asked to review the IT applications team and their effectiveness.
RESULTING SOLUTION
Resulting carried out a short assignment to review the delivery of the applications team from a BAU and project perspective. This included interviewing senior stakeholders and providing recommendations on changes to the CoE operating model and ways of working. A number of key gaps and recommendations was made to enhance the quality and timeliness of IT delivery.
